2021 Organic Kitchen Garden Collection
Here it is... our favorite veggie picks for all the good stuff to grow in 2021. Lots
This year's vegetable crop is produced by growers who are either certified organic or grow with organic methods (organic without the certification).
All pots are either fiber (compostable) or recycled plastic (also recyclable). Sadly, we were not able to work with the grower who did the rice hull pots for us last year.
To help you understand when it is safe to plant specific plants, we've broken them down into categories. We won't have plants in the yard before it is safe to put them in your garden.
You will see the words "Ark of Taste" following some varieties. You can learn more about that HERE via one of our nonprofit partners Slow Food Chicago.
